You can notify us of any return or exchange via e-mail or fax (888) 211-4128. You may also ship the product back to us with a written explanation of your reason for return and the compensatory action you wish to seek. All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of receipt of product. An exception to the 30 day window is a damaged or defective product (see below). All returns will be handled promptly by either exchanging the item or issuing a refund via company check. Returned merchandise must be in saleable condition with original packaging restored. We recommend that you send your package via insured and prepaid mail service. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are non-refundable.
Unopened merchandise may be returned in its original condition, including the original packing and packing slip within 30 days of receipt. Only the product cost will be refunded. We charge a 30% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.
Opened merchandise maybe returned by obtaining a ticket number. To obtain a ticket number, please contact us by e-mail or fax us at (888) 211-4128. We will simply need your explanation for the return and guide you through the process of returning the merchandise.

Damaged Products:
Please email or fax us immediately if you receive a damaged product. All claims against a common carrier will be made by us. Retain the damaged package in your possession until the claim is settled or until asked to return. Your failure to keep the damaged contents and packaging will result in non-payment of claim.
